1. Patrickstore is not responsible for the damaged goods sale or shipped by sellers

2. If the product is returned by the customer within return period seller has to pay the return shipping charge

3. If any damage happened in shipping patrickstore will pay 75% of shipping charge

Patrickstore commission rate

5% of sales as commission

(Eg: textiles all kind of sales )

10% of service as commission

(Eg: beauty parlour, cab all kind of service providers)

2% of mobile phone sales

Patrickstore will charge a commission from total MRP of the product tax amount is not calculating tax extra

Patrickstore has the right to change the commission rate without any prior notice

Patrickstore E-store is not a promise for your business but we will help you to boost your business, we have a

call marketing team they will introduce your products to customers and store owners have a special option to

promote business by adding a website with reasonable price

If the seller is not active or not following the selling procedures properly Patrickstore have all the rights to cancel the

e-store without any prior information

Products will approve after 3 verification steps only, restricted products for selling by the Indian judiciary is not

able to sell through patrickstore

Patrickstore is not responsible for any product photos upload by seller and .we recommend our valuable

seller to add only original photos of your products

Patrickstore e-store platform is on rent basis if the seller is not paying the charge, e-store can disable it will enable

when seller pay the e-store charges


i. As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the

same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, Patrickstore shall have a right to charge you cancellation

fee of a minimum INR 75 up to the order value, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your

subsequent order, the complete/ deficit cancellation fee, as applicable, to compensate our restaurant and delivery

partners. Patrickstore shall also have right to charge you a cancellation fee for the orders canceled by Patrickstore for

the reasons specified under clause 1(iii) of this cancellation and refunds policy. In case of cancellations for the

reasons attributable to Patrickstore or its restaurant and delivery partners, Patrickstore shall not charge you any

cancellation fee.

ii. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone

number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event

you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund


iii. We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

i. in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;

ii. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;

iii. failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time

of delivery; or

iv. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or

v. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or


i. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the

Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

a. your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;

b. us cancelling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery

zones; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (C) failure to contact

you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or

c. you cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for

at the time of booking.

ii. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

iii. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms

that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.

Return and Refund Policy of other products

Maximum 5 days of the return policy for other products except for perishable and food items

Customer can review the product and return the product within the time period

After return policy seller will receive the payment of their total sale of the week

Every Friday seller will receive payment of the sale from Thursday to Wednesday of last week
